Working on over 15,000 vehicles per year and working with all vehicle manufacturers, Lyndon Systems offer custom van services from Plylining through to full Welfare Van and campervan conversions from our 18,000 square foot factory in Doncaster, and our nationwide fitting service utilising our 40 strong highly trained and reliable team of mobile technicians.

Our range of Welfare Van Conversions are market leading and wide ranging, with many of the leading hire companies and specifiers now choosing the ‘Lyndon Systems’ option.

Our technicians are specialist fitters and convertors, trained to carry out all accessory installations on van conversions, welfare vans and campervans, with the experience to complete the job on time and ready for delivery. With our mobile engineers, we cover van conversions and custom interiors across the UK at dealer sites, vehicle compounds and port of entry locations. Only top quality components are used for our custom vans and each project is designed to fit the base vehicle.

We offer bespoke solutions as well as the more standard options including rear toilet facilities, rear storage areas and a more simpler ‘breakfast bar’ type conversion enabling more use of the vans rear storage area. We have converted most manufacturers including Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato and Vauxhall Movano. We also offer nationwide warranty cover using our own team of mobile technicians and will come on site to resolve any issues that may arise enabling you to keep the vehicle on the road.

DOUBLE CAB CONVERSIONS

Our Crew Van conversions are now used by many fleets in many industries. They all come with a high quality finish, crash tested seating, a choice of side window options with a fast manufacturing turnaround . They range from fold up seats in car derived vans through to high back seats with matching cloth and 3 point seat belts.

DOG VAN CONVERSIONS

We convert vans for carrying dogs using custom made powder coated cages, securely fixed into the van. The vans are coated with speedlining and ventilated enabling fresh air circulation and an easy to clean interior.

WILDLIFE CONVERSIONS

We have designed and built vehicles for Wildlife Ranger requirements. These specialist vans include secure storage for guns, secure and clean transportation of gun dogs, including thermostatically controlled venting and sealed hygienic storage areas for carcasses.

BESPOKE CONVERSIONS

The specialist ‘One Off’ type of conversions we have built includes library vans, retail food vans and bakery vans. We work with many Local Authorities and get involved from the early design stage through to testing and delivery, with the aim of taking an existing design and improving the features and functions for the vehicle operators.
